During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities, including my room and the common areas. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, from the gentleman who assisted with check-in to the kind older lady who greeted us in the mornings. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and I appreciated the lacto-ovo-vegetarian options that were clearly labeled. Finally, the hotel's location provided beautiful views.
It was all superb.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the lacto-ovo-vegetarian food options that were clearly labeled and tasty. Additionally, the overall decor and organization of the property was impressive and made for a pleasant experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the convenient location near popular attractions.
During our stay, we encountered some hygiene issues, including brown stains on a washcloth and a fruit fly found in our hot pot. Additionally, we were disappointed that the shuttle bus was full during our check-in and check-out dates, causing inconvenience for our elderly family members. while there were both positive and negative aspects of our stay, we would suggest that the hotel prioritize hygiene and transportation options to improve the overall experience for future guests.

The hotel is strategically located and offers spacious and well, decorated rooms. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor onsens, souvenir shops, and lacto, ovo, vegetarian food options. Housekeeping is friendly, and the hotel offers shuttle services from nearby stations. the view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the staff is welcoming and polite, with some able to speak English.
One reviewer found a fruit fly in their hotpot, which can be a health concern to clients, and the way it was dealt with was disappointing.
